LAKMNS Induction Course 2025

A total of 35 new staff members of the Lembaga Amanah Kebajikan Masjid Negeri Sarawak (LAKMNS) participated in the LAKMNS Induction Course for Staff Series 6, held from 14 to 16 February 2025 at Libiki Bamboo Resort, Bau.

The participants comprised staff from various positions and departments within LAKMNS. The program served as an introduction to the establishment and organizational structure of LAKMNS, as well as the departments and divisions that form the organization. In addition, the participants engaged in team-building activities facilitated by trainers from Outraxx Kuching Recreational Sports Club, aimed at fostering a spirit of cooperation among the attendees.

On the final day of the program, the Closing Ceremony of the LAKMNS Induction Course for Staff Series 6 was officiated by the Chief Executive Officer of LAKMNS, YBhg. Datuk Haji Abang Abdul Wahap bin Haji Abang Julai.

In his speech, YBhg. Datuk Haji Abang Abdul Wahap urged LAKMNS staff to build a dynamic workforce capable of multitasking. He also reminded staff to utilize their time effectively in driving positive changes to enhance LAKMNS' corporate image, aligning with its vision of becoming a world-class Islamic trust body.

Furthermore, he emphasized the importance of strengthening integrity while continuously improving elements of attitude, skill, and knowledge (ASK), with the hope that these qualities would result in high-quality work performance.

Also present at the closing ceremony were the Chief Officer of the Mosque Management Department, Encik Abang Bikusary bin Haji Kadir, and the Head Trainer of Outraxx Kuching Recreational Sports Club, Encik Yaman bin Yahya.
