CEO MESSAGE

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh and Salam Sejahtera.

All praise and gratitude are due to Allah SWT for His infinite mercy, blessings and permission, which have enabled us to welcome the month of July 2026 in good health, peace and abundant blessings. May peace and blessings be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW, his family, his companions, and all Muslims who continue steadfastly in upholding the mission of Islam.

Alhamdulillah, as we have recently concluded the Festival Maal Hijrah 1448H/2026, a programme that brought together a wide range of intellectual, spiritual, community and Islamic cultural activities as a manifestation of the true spirit of Hijrah. The Hijrah is not merely a commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad's (SAW) migration from Makkah to Madinah; it also symbolises transformation towards excellence, the strengthening of faith, the unity of the ummah, and the development of a society founded upon noble values and exemplary character.

In this regard, I would like to express my deepest appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to everyone who worked tirelessly to ensure the success of the Festival Maal Hijrah 1448H/2026. My sincere thanks are extended to all those involved, including our sponsors, strategic partners, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), media representatives, and members of the public who contributed their commitment, support, and encouragement. I would also like to convey my special appreciation to all LAKMNS staff members whose dedication and hard work played a vital role in making this festival a success. This achievement is a testament to our collective effort and demonstrates that unity, collaboration and a shared sense of purpose can create a meaningful and lasting impact on the community.

In our continuing efforts to realise these aspirations, we warmly welcome closer collaboration with all stakeholders, including government agencies, the private sector, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), educational institutions, corporate organisations and the wider community. Such synergy and strategic partnerships are essential in expanding the reach and impact of our programmes, strengthening service delivery, and ensuring that their benefits are enjoyed by society as a whole.

May Allah SWT bless all our endeavours and accept them as continuous righteous deeds that bring lasting benefit to the Ummah.
