PROCUREMENT DIVISION

Planning, managing, and executing procurement processes efficiently and effectively according to governance and procurement procedures. There are three (3) types of LAKMNS procurement:

PROJECT AND TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT DIVISION

The Project and Technology Management Division is responsible for project management in terms of planning, implementation, control, supervision, and project termination. Monitoring a project is a crucial step in ensuring quality and safety assurance for users. Additionally, this division is also responsible for conducting research and providing digital platforms that assist in management and daily operations within the organization. This effort aligns with the challenges of digitalization and is an initiative to position LAKMNS as a world-class Islamic trust body.

The Project Management Division will continuously provide support in project implementation while also preparing better platforms for the future.
