APPRECIATION CEREMONY FOR LAKMNS AUXILIARY POLICE

LAKMNS recently held an Appreciation Ceremony for its Auxiliary Police officers at the Seminar Room, Baitul Makmur II.

The ceremony was officiated by the Honourable Datuk Haji Abang Abdul Wahap bin Haji Abang Julai, Chief Executive Officer of LAKMNS. Also present were the Chief Officers, Heads of Departments, and staff of LAKMNS, who attended to enliven the event.

The appreciation ceremony was held in recognition of twelve (12) Auxiliary Police personnel, including officers, from LAKMNS who successfully completed the Auxiliary Police Basic Course Series 10/2025 on 4 December 2025 at the Royal Malaysia Police Technical College, Bakri, Muar, Johor.

In his speech, Datuk Haji Abang Abdul Wahap expressed his pride in the outstanding achievements of the LAKMNS Auxiliary Police, particularly highlighting two trainees Auxiliary Police Constable Mohd Iswandy bin Jab and Auxiliary Police Constable Abdul Wahab bin Majid who were awarded Best Overall Trainee and Best Outdoor Training Trainee respectively. These achievements have brought honour to LAKMNS and demonstrated their strong commitment and dedication throughout the course.

He also emphasised the importance for every Auxiliary Police officer to uphold the image of their employer as well as the Royal Malaysia Police, especially while carrying out their duties. According to him, today’s security challenges demand Auxiliary Police personnel who are competent, responsible, and possess high integrity to ensure the vision and mission of LAKMNS are achieved.

In addition, Datuk Haji Abang Abdul Wahap recorded his appreciation to the LAKMNS Security Division, noting that throughout his tenure as CEO, the division has performed excellently in safeguarding the organisation’s property and assets, ensuring they remain secure and well-controlled.
